Vibration via rear brakes?

I recently replaced front pads & rotors and the steering wheel vibration while braking went away. I made sure I broke in the rotors/pads correctly.

However, I am now getting a vibration while braking but it is not felt through the steering wheel. Is it most likely the rear rotors now?

The car has 56,000 miles.

Are you talking about a waddle or very slow speed side to side oscillations? If so that could be your tires have thread separation.
