Thinking of getting this for the Navigator since I have $200 in gift certificates to Best Buy from Christmas. Anyone got one of these?

The only thing with this is what if you started your car from far away and did not realize it. I imagine they have hooks in place ot prevent that.

Requires service plan. SmartStart Service requires a subscription - plans start at $49.99 a year.

I read somewhere that it can take up to like 5 minutes or so for the car to respond to one of the commands from the phone. I would look up reviews first, before you buy!

Read the reviews, doesn't sound too promising. Guess it will have to be a flat screen then.

My last car had a Viper system.
You have to push 3 buttons to start the car and after the car is started the key fob show a start logo. The car will stay started for about 10-15 min and shut down.
