Vortech belt question

Here is a picture of my original belt number that was used with the pulley that came with the Vortech. Not sure it mattered, but I had the stock tensioner. NAPA belt

So that's a 112" you used with the stock 3.6" vortech pulley? After much searching, I know people have used the 113" with the 3.6" pulley. So I was just wondering with the smaller 3.33" pulley, does it make much of a difference that I would need a shorter belt? Plus that 112.5" belt listed above is $14 cheaper than the 113".

Yep, that belt was on my original blower that had a bearing failure. The replacement blower has a 3.1 pulley on it. I do not have a picture of the belt used on that one. My new set-up has the 10% overdrive damper with the 3.1 pulley, so that belt size will not help any. I will get a picture of it anyway, just to see the difference.

A pull on the dyno will tell you if you have any belt slip. That is one way to know for sure the belt is too big.

Stay with the 112 - 112.5. The Cobra for some reason doesn't have the range that the stock Mark tensioner has. I used to have a connection on reclocking plates for these tensioners but have since lost that info.
