I am having a hard time locating a pump in my area any one know where I can locate one in southern ontario ?? will any mustang 4.6 pump work??

He said he didnt have them for mark v111 only mustang I wasnt sure if the where the same pump.I hve a pump out of wreacked 2004 crown vic it looks the same I am going to try it. do you think it will work
