Weekend wrenching

Just an FYI... I spent the weekend getting some work done to the '93. Went to DirtyDog Performance shop and had the 3800 stall converter traded for a new 9" billet Converter stalled at 4200+ rpms.

We resealed the differential cover and installed a new tranny mount. I have a race weekend coming up in a couple weeks and can't wait to try out the new converter. I have some basic maintenance to do like an oil change and plugs. Hopefully, I can get that done before it's track time! :D

All my weekend wrenching and car detailing have been put on hold. Moving to a new house has taken up all my spare time. Weekend wrenching and detailing to me is fun, i can't wait until i have the time again to do it. But with the baby due next month who knows when that will be. I miss the tack as well.

Good luck and let us know how that new stall works out.

With a car like yours, I do not know why! :D

Well.... who won Best Modified Mark VIII this year?
I won't be able to keep up with you!

4200 rpm stall! That's gotta be fun to launch.

My weekend wrenching involved relocating where the e-brake cable mounts to the caliper so I can fit my drag wheels.

Could this new converter produce the 12.9 second 1/4 mile I've been waiting to see from the Blue Flame? ;) :D

Sounds like fun JP!

But only one weekend?:D

I've been working on my cars every weekend lateley. Even during the week too, I just now got done installing the second caliper on the MG.:)
