Like your choice of house style too. Sort of Center Entrance Georgian Colonial. Had one - loved it.

As opposed to cars - both these purchases actually APPRECIATE in value. Imagine that!

its 5 minutes to the nearest micky d's, "wawa" and such, and 15 minutes from big malls. yea im going to sureee miss all that traffic, high taxes, outrageous living expense, out of this whole electric and car insurance rates, neighbors that think they own the street in front of them, pollution, 1/4 acres lots, and the fact that i couldnt buy 1.6 acres on LI and build that house for less than 1 million dollars on Long island. Im going to miss trailering my vette in the city, sitting on the bge for 2 hours, going to miss the fact i had to drive 3 hours to the nearest track, im really going to miss the whole "city thing" which you can see i ADORE so much...

NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

i cant wait to get the hell out of here, its bad enough i gotta come back once a month to collect rent
