I like both kinds of music. Country & Western :) Except I don't care much for a lot of what masquerades as Country today.

Wirelessly posted (HTC Hero: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.2.1; en-us; Droid Build/FRG83D) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1)

I like all types from country to metal to some rap

Nice work, Last Mrk.

Norm, Bush/Gavin is good. His knew stuff I like a little better because it's a bit more "techno" I guess.

On my Pandora station: Staind, Linkin Park, Creed, Breaking Benjamin, Red, Chevelle, Ashes Divide, etc...

I'm with Steve, ABC. ;)

So, if you could pick just 10 songs to take with you to listen to on a deserted island, what would they be?

I guess I'd better weigh in then.

Ideally, I gravitate toward most types of Electronica. Specifically, Trance, Techno, and Chill.

My local public radio network has a particularly good independent music station (thecurrent.org) as well. That, their news, and classical counterparts are about the only broadcast radio I listen to these days..

Not much of a fan of Country.

Pink Floyd was the first band I started listen to back in the days.
NO IM NOT A POT HEAD.

I've just recently got into "Dubstepping" type music after hearing BassNector come up on my Pandora immediately after a Beastie Boys song. I now have a channel dedicated to this type of music. Sound is excellent and not "rappy".

They had some really cool sounding music for their time. You just like the album cover. :)

Rock.

Country dont bug me but I dont turn it on. Dont like Rap or hippity hoppity music but I wont keel over if its on.
I hate regae (sp?) or Jawaiian. I hear that chit and I want to kill kittens.

Favorite bands: Pink Floyd, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Led Zepplin, Stevie Ray Vaughn, 30 Seconds to Mars, Alice In Chains.

Pretty much anything I can play along with on my guitar.

I listen to just about anything but I am more of a Rock/Metal guy.Blues,Jazz,Country,Rap and even Pop but give me a Alice In Chains or Metallica disk and I am jamming.

Older classic rock, the Who, Jethro Tull, Pink Floyd, Supertramp, Steeley Dan, Genisis, the Yes,....

Southern rock, Skynyrd, Allman Brothers, Marshall Tucker, Atlanta Rythym Section,...

Classical, Beethoven, Tchiakovsky, Mozart, Holst, Bach,...

Oldies..... country (old and new), some jazz, easy listening, some classical, big band of old and not so old. Can't stand rap & hippy hop crap

Gee Bill, we have very similar tastes in music... one of my favs is symphonic Pink Floyd, I can't recall the performing orchestra. ;)

I really enjoyed the symphonic Metallica release also.

Cool, I'll have to check those out.

I've got some Jethro Tull by the London Philharmonic with the flute played by Ian Anderson.:)
