What was the dash stickum thing?

I remember seeing something that keeps your cell phone and other stuff in place on your dash. Can't remember what it was called though, and my searches here are coming up blank. Anybody remember what I'm talking about? Got a link?

You can get the same thing at Walmart in the kitchen gadget area.
Non slip shelf liner - about a buck a roll.
