In CA, they allow anything (as long as you have the required safety equipment - seat belts, helmet, etc). You just have to sign their waiver. Crash your car and both the track and your insurance won't cover you.

any track i've been to will allow an IRS car. Corvettes are IRS, they don't seem to have a problem running on the track.

Not sure what you mean by "stock car" though. No such thing as stock car racing anymore, just NASCRAP.

Good point...those cars are Ferraris in the shape of "stock" cars.

Definitely not something you could buy and drive on the street.
