Who here rides?

I currently ride a redheaded stepchild Harley (a V-Rod), and I'm looking at buying a Kawasaki Concours 14.

Anyone here have one?

I was looking at the ZX1400, but the Concours has the same motor (albeit a little detuned), and it's set up as a touring bike, not an all out crotch rocket.

I've been riding for longer than I've been driving, haha. I bought myself a brand new 2006 Suzuki Boulevard C50 a few years back-- GREAT bike. I don't know what I'd do without my motorcycle... haha

Good for you...? I was trying to see if other people here have a Concourse 14 . NOGAF about your silly C50.

Oh, sorry. I misinterpreted the "does anybody have one" as being a motorcycle in general. I'll just go crawl into a little hole and die now.

It's all good. It's got two wheels and a motor under your jewels. I wave at all bikes, not only the Harley riders.... Though, most of them see a V-Rod coming their way, and they get stuck up, since Air Cooled rules, and mine's liquid cooled.

Most of the Harley riders around here are kind of stuck-up, they won't wave at anything other than a Harley. I figure it the same way as you do though, it's got two wheels and a motor under your jewels. Heck, I even wave at the occasional motorized scooter; even though it's not as manly! as a motorcycle, I figure that they still more or less know and enjoy the experience of being as close to both your ride and the ground, completely exposed and just having fun. lol most people don't agree with me on that ground, though.

It's kind of funny, though, a lot of people seem to think that my Suzuki's a Harley. Since it's black, all of the chrome stands out more (it's like 50% chrome haha) and it sure as heck sounds like a Harley.
