WTB: Rims--Blend Door Act.

I have a 97 LSC that I would like rims for. I dont care if they are aftermarket, although I am not sure I want to go to a different diameter or not. I am open to all suggestions.

Also I am looking for a Blend Door Actuator. I see one on the auction site but it is 100 bucks. I though I read here that they retail for about 25. Please feel free to set me straight on this or offer any help.

I think F/L/M still sells it...contact our fair guy, Max at 5 star ford in AZ.....his 800 number is around here somewhere.....or Google it. Don't forhet to tell him you are with LOD....nice discount. Tell him Bud said HI.....
 
From what i remember the Blend Door Actuator was not much money from 5 star ford new and that is not a part that i would want used.
 
I will check with Max for sure. These were new, and the entire mechanism. not just the part that breaks.

I'm trying to get aftermarket rims for mine soon. When and if I line some up, I'll be selling the octastars. Interested?
 
You can check them out at carlisle. Looks like we might be staying in the same rv park. Those cabins are CHEAP.
 
I will check them out. But at this point to tell you all the truth i think the brakes are on, as far as spending for abit. Today I commited to 2 season Tix for the Bruins for next year. I already have a pair of half year tix. The wife is about to kill me....kill me dead!! But one never knows...the winning loto ticket may be the next one I buy.....LOL :eek:

If i get out of town for Carlise it will be a miracle. LOL
