Looking to upgrade my 94 Mark VIII. i am looking for a Chip that can be reflased for my car as well as everytime i upgrade something. also i am looking for a track lock diff. and 4.10 gears

So you are wanting to do your own tuning? Chips are not reflashed, they are burned. So what you are asking is if there is a chip that you can reburn yourself after each modification?

Reflash is what is done to reprogram the EEC. This can only be done with OBD II vehicles. Your Mark is an OBD I which means your only choice is a chip. There are several companies out there that will allow you to burn your own programs. You get what you pay for with these. Let me know what you are actually wanting to do.
