hey guys im new to the web and want to learn more about the marks.

my question is of the first gen models is there any particular year that is fastest? i have seen on websites posting stock 0-60's that the 93 is the fastest of the bunch. IS this true?

but on that same note.. the 93 missed alot of the later years upgrades as well.

Some were not groundbreaking updates, some were very important and sought after updates, such as the upgraded transmission in the 98 models.
 
is the difference significant? or are we just talkin about a few tenths of a second for the 1/4 mile?
 
thats true the only reason im askin is my friend has a 93 mark and i have a 94 both have mufflers removed and air silencer delete and we havnt had a chance to race and i was just tryin to get a an estimate as to how the outcome would be
 
Chances are you will be neck and neck. Im going for the 93 but if yours has less miles it may run a better time. Hold the tack to 2000 rpm while holding brake down and dont tell him that, let off right when the 3rd light comes on. The Reaction-time difference will probably be the only difference and will decide the outcome.
