I had tried that but it ran aweful! Good news though...last night I got the 1980-88 Sorensen's Manual and it has the diagram for the vacuum hose routing!! Thanks for all your help..back under the hood this weekend!

Would anyone happen to have the vacuum routing diagram for a 1990 Lincoln Conti--302. It is usually on the air duct in the engine compartment...Just replaced the intake gaskets and mixed up the position of the hoses.
