don't do it. fork out the bucks to replace whatever is not working on the air ride. i got stuck with strutmasters because of their return policy. Unless, you can find someone who can specifically tell your the springs, shocks, struts to order for absolute CamAm performance and stand behind it...

update: the strut masters lowering kit is a steaming pile. it lowered alright. it put like 3500HD shocks in the back and essentially shockless KYB's in the front. This meant the rear was super stiff and the front bounced around like a clown car. and they wouldn't take it back. so don't order...

found what appears to be a jmod kit I've contacted a vendor about their kit to see if it's a 3 levels in 1 kit for a 97. I'm hoping it provides 3 pre-drilled plates to select from along with the various springs and complete instructions.

i see american air ride says it lowers 1.5 inches. i'm chatting with strutmasters and they say only 1 inch. i'd prefer 1 inch. but because pics of kits at both sites look the same, i'm wondering if 1" at strutmasters is really 1" or is it 1.5 inches? anyone have experience with either or?
