my torque wrench only goes up to 80 so that's what I use and haven't had any wheels fall off :) No warped rotors yet either

I got an idea too, you could take the belt off and then spin the idler tension pulley yourself to diagnose. When I replaced mine it was so shot that if I would have did the above it would have been super obvious that was the cause of the noise.
