Probably too little too late but starting with the "40" models, such as the T540s we use at work, in order to boot from USB the BIOS needs to have secure boot disabled as well as the "UEFI/Legacy" boot switched to Legacy only. PITA when you have to image dozens of computers at a time like i do :(

With patience and a LARGE drain pan it can be done. Its a daunting task for sure, but made much easier with a lift. When i did mine i also drilled the plates for the "jerry mod" and i had it all put back together in a day.

I picked up those tires for my LS in 18's, i LOVE them! great grip, smooth ride, far better than any of my past tires. I was nervous trying continentals as i normally don't care for them, but am very impressed so far

i had a very similar surgery in february but mine also fixed an impingement. Good luck sharon, that surgery is a very painful recovery!
