always liked the looks of 'em. Owned 3 t-birds prior to owning the mark (one SC, one LX, and a base model)... I already had owned a bird with the OHC 281, which was a fairly quick car for getting thru traffic so I figured I'd keep my eyes peeled for a Lincoln which had a more potent powerplant...

yeah... I hit a 14.9 my first time at a track. If someone more experianced was driving her, she probably would have trapped a little quicker :(

Well... on Friday I had my exhaust done. While she was up on the lift I noticed that my rear sway bar is broken in two. I figure since I have to replace it anyway, I might as well upgrade to a bigger diameter. Question is, what size should I go and where can I purchace a new one? thanks, -Steve

lol, I had the wipers on when I turned the car off... they go back down fine. However I broke my sunroof this weekend... I was feeling around the base of where the glass sits on the roof looking for an air silencer type of deal (it deflects the wind for less noise) that most sun roofs have...

Almost evryone I know thought my car was like a 98-99 (93 mark VIII). It's strange how they look compared to other cars of the same era... like they were designed way ahead of their time. I like it though :-) -Steve

Hey man, I wouldn't pay $9K for it unless it was in perfect condition. Nor would I trade in two cars for it just because I know there are better deals out there. I just picked up my mark for a pretty decent price (for the condition it's in), but when I was looking I seen some good deals going on...

Thanks! I was pleased on how it turned out myself... I was expecting worse but it came out alright I guess, lol. Do you know how I can get ahold of the owner of LMS? Someone told me that the logo in my sig is trademarked... I'd rather ask them than step on anybody's toes, ya know? Thanks again...
