The thing is it IS new I bought it from StrutMasters in March. i am going to take apart the whole system tonight and turn it on, I will check for leaks and get back to everyone. Thank's for so much help.

No the car seems very tight like normal. The hole is there, I sealed it and forgot it even existed. But MAN the car runs freakin great.The old pump was CLOGGED with one inch of soot in the bucket and it was over heating and vapor locking. It was emergency surgury.

Thank you, I sealed it with silicone, and I haven't smelled anything, I drive about 1000 miles a week, so it hasn't been that bad. I think we did a great job. Took about 45 minutes
