if your bushings are in good shape, the ball joint can be replaced. You just need to get an installation press. You can get them for free at Autozone to use.

I would look closely at front ball joints as far as a brake pull is concerned. The ball joint that is bad will cause the brakes to pull to that side. Happened on my 97.

I guess I need to measure and see what the actual offset is. They are supposed to be for T-Birds, but maybe they are not 36MM offset. I'll check.

I test fit my 17 X 9 Cobra Rs today. I have 255/45 tires on them. It appears I am going to have an interference problem at the upper part of the spindle. It seems I may need a 1/4" spacer to aleviate this problem. Is this normal? What are you guys doing? This is on my 97 Mark VIII.
