I don't think it would bolt up to the 5.0L engine. I would use a t-5 or tremec for a mustang. Clutch pedal assembly from mustang or turbo coupe. Clutch cable for mustang works and bolts to frame just as mustang. Outside of fire wall should have the circle indentation for the correct place and...

Got a 1988 lsc for parts or whole for sale. Cheap!!! Removed motor,trans,rear and couple other things. I put other model rear and motor in car. Let me know what you need. Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! Rather get rid of whole car. Body panels, glass pretty good shape except for windshield.
