I will check that. I just changed the fuel filter with no improvement. It has good Acceleration, and top end power, just it seems like it goes to neutral and then kicks back in to gear. doesnt seem like a fuel problem to me though. I am not ruling it out by any means though.

sometimes bad rca cables cause that too i just went through every ground on my truck and wouldnt you know it i got mad and hit my back window where my amp was mounted and the noise went away. After more fiddling with the amps i found when you moved the input rcas the noise went away.

i was having some similar issues with my 93. My battery light was coming on and when i went to start it it made a bang or my courtesy lights just went out. I would check your battery terminals out. Make sure they are clean and good and tight. Specially since you had them disconnected
