For real man, nice car for a nice price. I just sold mine for $6000, but it had some problems.

I'll probably end up keeping the car and dumping more money into it. I need to spend $100 on the insurance deductible to get the windshield fixed, and another $250 to get the roof painted. Then i might as well dump a few more bucks on my exhaust. If i do that and empty my trunk i don't see any reason i can't run a 13.8 or a 13.7. I'm not sure what the octastars weigh but i have access to a pair of thunderbird fan wheels with sportsmans on them that feel like they weigh 20 lbs each. That should be worth a tenth.

just spray it and be done with it. Run 12.X all day long at the track.

Eh, why bother. I'm 90 miles from the nearest decent track. I'll probably end up going twice this year. The $500 it would cost me to spray it is much better spent feeding the 502 in my boat.

Alright, thought i'd bring this ad back up to the top.

Since i made the original post, i've replaced the windshield, painted the roof, replaced one amp, and replaced the exhaust. Paint is now excellent on all panels. Shows some marks on the front from dust/rocks/bugs on long highway trips, but no dents or dings. Paint is shiny, not faded, maybe 1 or two light scratches on the car that will probably buff out.

All speakers now work, i've replaced the lanzar amp with a 4 channel punch amp. The lanzar amp is now on my boat.

Car now has a bit over 110k miles.

Price is still $9000 firm.

KBB puts retail value at $6500, NADA puts it at $7000. Considering the cobra intake, long tube headers, custom mandrel bent exhaust with magnaflow mufflers, 3200 RPM stall torque converter, 4.10 gears, SCT chip, aftermarket stereo, tinted windows, and excellent, newer paint, $9000 is a steal. Car also has subframe connectors, ceramic pads, newer air compressor for the suspension, and a set of worn drag radials and a car bra come with it. Also have a large stack of records and reciepts that come with it, from me and the previous owner. Car sits in the garage all winter. It would cost you well over $10,000 and many hours of labor to replicate this car as it sits. This one's ready to run.

Come and get it.

Car is in Roseville, MI.

I haven't made it to the drag strip this year but i hope to over the weekend or next week. Hope to put down a new fastest time with the new exhaust.
