i have a 2003 lincoln town car and am trying to remove the interior door panel. I have taken off the pull handle screws the screw behind the cover next to the door handle. How does the switch panel come loose. Also it show 3 screws in the bottom of the door and i have a big pocket that runs the legnth of the door with no screws showing. so how does the bottom of the door release

It may be worth noting that on my '99 Town Car, the "removable screw covers" depicted on the pull handle in the thread above aren't actually removable, and instead have small access holes in the bottom. I'm assuming they changed the design, (I haven't seen a 2003) but it's worth looking for those before prying..

Edit: as for the bottom of the door, it may just be those "mushroom" connectors.. I'd pry just a little bit, and see if you can peek in there with a flashlight to see how it is fastened.. it may just require some gentle prying.
