'98 MarkVIII Collector's Edition

I'm going to have to sell my '98 Collector's Edition, and will probably be listing it on EBay soon. We have a new baby and, as you all know, there's no room for a baby seat in the back, so my wife says...I mean "we as a couple" decided that I have to sell it. Our baby was born in December, and I've put this off as long as I can!

I'm the original owner, it's pearl with gray interior, every option except seat heaters and block warmer (couldn't get 'em in California), and in excellent shape with ~75k miles. I should be taking pictures of it Thursday, 08/04/05.

I've got the silver ingot set, a sales brochure, some other stuff (if I can find it all) and the front carpets have never been used (I got a grey set at Pep Boys the day after I bought it in October, 1998, and stored the "CE" set).

If you have any advice, interest, etc., please let me know. I'm in the L.A. area.

I think a car of this caliber does better in a national venue like Autotrader, but I suppose with a proper reserve eBay wouldn't hurt. Patience is the key and hopefully you haven't postponed the inevitable and used it all up. ;)

The CE goodies package adds to the lure of the new owner only if he/she appreciates these fine automobiles as we enthusiasts do. To the average Joe Schmo, it is of no added value.
