What is the best way to keep the rims clean?
Took me about 30 min each rim to clean the brake dust off.

Can I get the inside of the rim spray with some clear coat? IDK
Something to repels brake dust

That seems about par for the course.

Those look like the same wheels on my '96. I use a Meguiar's polishing "cone" on a cordless drill and either Mother's Mag and Aluminum Polish or Meguiars Metal Polish.

The best stuff that I have found is Mother's Billet Polish  A little bit goes a long way, and use microfiber towels to buff to a incredible shine. :)

I use Kevlar/Ceramic EBC Red Stuff brake pads with great results keeping the brake dust to a minimum.

Okay, you need to invest in a few things to make life really easy with these wheels.

1. Billet aluminum wheel cleaner. There are cleaners that are entirely too harsh for billet, some not strong enough.

2. Obviously some sort of billet polish to shine things up.

3. This is the important one: synthetic wax/ wheel wax/ sealant. You want some sort of protection for that finish. It will also makes things easier to keep clean.

Thanks for all the helps.

I did pick up some Mother's Billet Polish and it works good.

Still need new tire on the rims.

Took the car out to test the A/C.
