Yes, Mike gave room away, not sure if the Sunday night of it will be taken or not, I had it Thurs through Sun. Supermike, did you specifically request a room in the LOD block (if there is one?)?

PS: Tixer, call or write me. I have at least one thing and hopefully more for someone to take to Carlisle, and I'm wondering if you'll stop here on your way. Or even stop on way home to visit.

And I still expect to see a video of cake being tossed.

No rush, it was either that or working out something between the Kid and Rene, or mailing stuff. Let's Go Hawks! That should be the theme for the club tent :)

FYI... the racing theme decorations have been delivered courtesy of Oriental Trading. Things such as checkered flags, pennants, a banner, paper plates, napkins, cups, etc...

Please feel free to add to the decor - the more the better! After all, we have a reputation to uphold! :wink2-green

I should still have the tarps from last year, but some rope and nylon ties would be a good thing for someone to bring. A couple spare tarps may not be a bad idea.

Now would be a good time/place to volunteer for 'tent duty' to give some assurance someone will be in command of the tent at all times. One or two hour blocks for both Friday and Saturday should be listed...
