Has any body used this mount and did it really stop wheel hop ?

I'd start with Derlin bushings and reduce your suspension flex. That more for people in the higher HP ranges.

These help a lot more than the rear mount but as Eric said a lot of it comes from the mushy suspension bushings letting the control arms move too much.
