Drilled or slotted rotors there are a lot of choices out there but which one performs the best.I was also wondering what manufacturer builds a quality product. [No Chinese junk]

They have some that are both drilled, and slotted. Personally I think they look great, but I was always taught that brakes work on surface contact, and friction. Larger makes sense for stopping power. The ribs between the plates have a lot to do with cooling. I hear that the holes, and slots help get rid of water. The pads rub on the rotor, and water is gone real quick. Now if you drive like your on a NASCAR track, good thing to have. Love the night races, short track, where the rotors get cherry red, almost white. If your going over 100 mph, and your always on the brake, you need them. Ceramic seems to have some ++++. Larger would be an upgrade. I'll bet everyone that has upgraded, got rotors that are larger then oem, and of course they stop better. My 95 has oem's and the brakes work better than all my other cars. Good luck on your quest, there's so many different choices out there.
