Hello all. I will be checking in from time to time. The car is running and I am working to make it a daily driver. I need new wheels and want to keep the stock look but without the cracks want a good working wheel. any suggestions ? Thanks in advanced Hoge.

Welcome, I am not sure what you mean you don't want cracks? Is the chrome cracked or you talking about the style, do you have the 10 spoke wheels, if so maybe you want the Octastars

Welcome Hoge.

The chrome 10 spokes are the easiest to clean but they can have the corrosion that causes the cracks.

The Mark VIII original wheel choices are the 10 or 20 spoke directionals in chrome or painted, the chrome octastars, or the aluminum lacey spokes (often called snowflakes).

You should be able to see examples of each type in the Members Rides section.

If you see my cars there, you'll see every type except the painted directionals, although I do have 2 painted 20 spokes in my collection.:D
