you are better off just changing the inner bushing without removing the metal sleeve. It can be difficult to get the metal sleeve pressed into the UCA. This is why some come without the sleeve.

I've pressed them in old arms and changed out the whole arm. If the part was cheap enough it might be worth it but in general it's quicker to replace the whole arm.

Are you going to replace the ball joint too?

but you can't buy new arms. If you want a new bushing you must remove the bushing. Completly removing the bushing along with the metal sleeve is a PIA. You are better off supporting the arm and sleeve carefully and pressing out just the inner portion.
