Did you look into ceramic coating instead of wrapping them?
I wanted to get the ceramic coating but Christmas is just two weeks away.
Cost for ceramic coating was $300.

Plus the guy I got the header from wrapped them for me.

Driving on the Freeway the car is not loud at all. The car gets loud from 3k and up.
Loving the extra HP.

I have an older one and it is great. I just bought a new one for a XMAS gift for one of my sons. It has more memory than the BB one, and I got it from Amazon for only a few bucks more. My oldest son told me that when Ford was shooting various scenes on the F-150 ECHO TECH TT video that they were also using the Flip HD camera as the quality was as good as there more cumbersome large camcorders.

I don't think there is enough room for header wrap on the kooks header install on our Mark VIIIs or is there? Mine look as tight as a latex glove down in there lol. I might be wrong though. All I know is the guy who installed them did a lot of complaining about it. :D

Can't link the pic on my phone but here's the link to my thread so you can see. There is room but it should have been done before.

Personally, I've heard both sides on the heat wrap. Protects your parts on the outside of the headers and the other side says it keeps engine temps up. I left mine bare and didn't have any issues. Obviously Glenn has a Caddy.

As long as them damn o2 extensions are zip-tied away from the primaries lol. Rum-dummy couldn't figure that out on my kooks install. I seriously think he was on something. They burnt within a couple miles. The headers do heat up in a hurry. I think the heat wrap would be an advantage in keeping everything cooler within close vicinity to them. Who knows. I'm running the bare stainless and have had no issues for the 5 months I have been running them.

i love the way it sounds when its revving up, but when the rpm's are falling back down it sounds like there are golf balls in the exhaust, i dont like that, but thats gotta be one sounding caddy when you are cruising around town !!!

The only think I don't like about the header is now cop can hear you from miles away.

I was hauling ass around this corner and this cop about 6 car behind me lit his light on.
I pulled into a neighborhood, u-turn and took off.
Poor cop he could not find me :D
