So i wanna get the 1.6 in lowering springs as part of my spring upgrades but my main concern is how am i gonna get the jack under there after it. Right now im on the unity/ air ditcher setup and i barely have enough to fit a jack under it

Low riders use a wood plank to drive the car on to be able to get a jack underneath.

A low profile jack is a must have.

what JP said....have some 24" long pieces of plywood, bonded together in a "step" design, and drive up ON to them for better ground clearance.

I have the 1.5" lowered kit, and have had it on MANY of my past Marks....I also sensor-lowered one when it was on air and it was darn close to the ground. I used the wood-ramp trick to get a jack under cars that had failed air ride(slammed) to get them on a rack as well....

Sounds good, I had a problem with the scissor jacks that came with the car folding over and nearly killing me when i was trying to convert to air ride, I don't think i'll be jacking up the car too much so this should be good.

Anybody know if this would cause any clearance issues with the Cobra Bumper?

I used to have a set like that... Drove a buddy's conversion ban up onto 'em, and about 3 minutes later, they collapsed.. flat as a pancake. Thank goodness I wasn't underneath at the time..

I replaced them with the "blitz" plastic ramps. They aren't quite as high, but seem to be significantly sturdier.

I use the scissors jack for about the first 2-3 inches. Just enough to get the floor jack under the car.
