Congrats! I really would like to se this car in person!
Thanks. Keep an eye on the events forum. I usually post there if I am going to be showing the car.

This Friday, The Mark will be on a load-bearing dyno over by Atlanta Motor Speedway being tuned by Ray McClelland, owner of Full Throttle Kustomz, and CO-Host of Car Warriors on Speed TV. Thanks to John Temple for the hook-up! :)

It's everything you've ever wanted and more. Congrats Mike!
Thanks Austin!

Mike, are they going to be tuning your car for more power or simply messing with parameters? I seem to recall you are trying to avoid rollbar territory in the immediate future anyhow. Just curious. :)

Kirk, The reason for the tune is more for the automatic transmission. I spoke with Ray on the phone the other day, and told him the one thing that as been the achilles heel on my car has been WOT while in drive. That is why I have had a manual shift tune in my car for the past couple years.

What he plans to do is tune the car on a load bearing dyno. This type of dyno will allow him to tune the transmission going through the gears and set the torque converter lock-up during WOT. He can also hold the car at any rpm and set the tables more accurately than a sweep on a inertia dyno  You just can't do this type of tuning on a inertia dyno, at the track, or on the street. :)
