Finally got some paint and clear on them. Color-matched of course. ;)

We'll see how the rollout is on these babies at the track. They are very light compared to the stock wheels. I can pick each one up with one finger with the rubber on them. They are wrapped with 215-60-16 Firestones. Sorry about the uncleanliness of the car.

Did you weigh them? You may want to consider a pair of M&H front runners as they are a lighter tire.

They do look better than the black OEM finish. ;)

They don't look to bad but i guess if they serve there purpose then more power to ya lol
It's a skinny tire setup on a budget that I have seen many times on the MN12s. For the right person on the road, they know the purpose like the 04 GT on Saleens with the top down today that wanted to see how light they really were. Yeah, he lost. LOL

No I haven't but I do remember the stockers were about 38# with the rubber. These are nowhere near that. I will get them on a scale eventually just to see. And yeah, the sun did a good job at baking the crap out of the glossy finish on the minis and they were looking like they had a crappy black primer job done to them. I had to put the kabosh on that. ;)

I'll have to take my Weld skinnies up to the shop and weigh them for comparison.

Well hell, they're not much more than a regular set of radials anyways price-wise. I'll have to check into these when the Firestones get down on tread. How are these on the street? or should I run the M&H up front at the track only?
