If anything i would say build one yourself, the 4r is really simple even i was able to understand the rebuild.
I have one from an 04 crown vic if youre wanting to go that way. Bolt pattern should be the same but i think theres a few differences with the electrical connectors

I would rather have a pro do it if I make a mistake it would be a PITA doing it all over again.
