Incase you missed it...I am supplying the Mark Viii community with Brand New Replacement Ballasts. The Mark Viii community has needed someone to step up and be there to help supply everyone with Ballasts quickly, efficiently, and effectively and.. that is exactly what I am doing. I ship the same day as purchase and ship via USPS Priority.. So you get the ballast super fast.. Most of the time in your hands within 2 to 3 days of payment.

I have been selling these on eBay for a couple of years and because of so many requests to bring it here to you guys on FB.. I have done just that.

Ballasts are two stage units just like the OEM ballast. Unlike the OEM units.. They are adjustable to your brightness liking. I will aid in installation however it is needed.

FYI folks... I bought this ballast from Steve last year but only got around to installing it today. I had a minor issue where the wire colors didn't match up so I called him. He gave me the correct hook ups and now Moose once again has neon!

The ballast is interesting because it has an adjustment pot to set the brightness of the neon. Just keep in mind if you make it too bright you may not get brake lights with the lights on. Turned it back a bit and everything worked perfectly.

Is this still available? I'm thinking of converting to LED but peeling apart the third light seems impossible. I'm very interested !

I'd guess he's still around, but don't know how often he frequents this forum. Since there's a phone number in his initial post, I'd jump on that and find out what's what..

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner......Steve got ahold of me and I purchased one of his ballasts.....A fairly easy fix (if your a electrician)......Had mine installed for me,works like it's supposed to.....:)......My Name is Bruce L. Hansen.....Senior Citizen.....And I don't suffer fools
