My name is Brady... Purchasing a 96 base Mark VIII 29th 164K and I've owned a 97 prior but was definitely not ready to handle the car at my age... It already has springs and struts under it so I don't have to do the bag swap... Its not registering coolant in the degas bottle but the oil and trans fluid look okay... Anyone know where I might be able to find some odd and end pieces such as a center console arm rest lid? And the mirror trim piece that's inside the door on the passengers side... And any advice on things to look out for with it would be greatly appreciated... 164K and it needs some tlc but its fully functional as it sits... :) good car for a grand i would say...

Welcome! I would start with Craigslist and e bay for some parts, but shop around because prices vary. Allot here also have parts cars if your having trouble finding anything.

Most, if not all issues have been covered so spend some goggling any issues by searching site:Lincolnsofdistinction.org on google.

Welcome to the forum, Brady!

As mentioned by others, we have a lot of resources here. We have a "parts wanted" section that I'd advise posting in. The parts are around, that's for sure.

I'm sure you'll know more once you pick up the car and have the chance to scrutinize it a bit more closely. Be sure to stop back by and tell us how you did!
