No Electric Power on my 2001 LTC

I have been playing musical battery's between my Mark and Town Car all summer. I have swapped them back and forth multiple times with no issues in ether car, except now the town car has no power.

The town car has been sitting for about 4 weeks with the battery being used in the Mark regularly. I used it back on the 4th and parked it with no issues, last weekend replaced the air springs and the alternator then placed the good battery back in the car and nothing. No lights, no solenoids clicking, nothing, like the battery was never there. So I tried jumping from another car, tried another battery, using a jump pack and still nothing.



Things that I have checked so far....

-Battery is good
-All the fuses are good
-All the relays are good
-New battery cables
-Clean battery post
-Re-check the alternator connection
-G-switch is good


The car was never moved, just jacked up to install springs, any ideas what to check next? I think she overheard that I was going to sell her and now refuses to start.

Odd... could it somehow be the battery saver circuit?

My '96 Mark VIII did something similar once but it jumped to life with the alarm sounding as soon as I hooked up a battery charger.

No, there should be a battery saver circuit that basically shuts down power if the battery voltage is to low which should prevent any lamp circuits accidentally left on from draining the battery completely.

If it were mine, I would try to jump the starter solenoid with the ignition key in the on position. You can use a screwdriver or other implement but I prefer to use a clamp on remote starter switch.

Problem: wire backed out of but splice leading to the alternator. Must have pulled out when I changed the alternator out.

Got some nice pictures to put on craigslist now, it's handy to have a ver large mall next to my house. Got a some nice airplane pictures.
