Problem Going Into Drive

I Recently Had A Transmission Taken Out Of My 91 Mark Vii Lsc And Put Into My 88 Mark Vii (bill Blass Ed). When It Was In The Lsc I Had No Problems. The 88 Ran Great For 3 Days Then Started Shuttering And Will Only Go In Reverse. There Is A New Trans Filter On Car And Fluid Is Alright. What Could Be The Problem?!?!

Sounds like the shifter cable has come loose. Ask the mechanic to recheck the connections. Probably a 30 minute job.
