No, its a Dually. There are 2 back wheels/tires per side.

Try taking up your brightness contrast settings on your monitor.

Nice. I can almost see where the step was in the side pipe now though .

It doesn't have to be a dually. I've seen trucks with the dual rear wheels replaced by a nice fat slick. I don't know if the truck had the balls to need it, but it looked pretty cool.
