Traction Control Help Please

When I installed my differential after having 3:73 gears installed I failed to turn off the traction control while testing the car with the wheels off the ground causing the car to vibrate and make some scary noises I continued to test the car with all of this happening until I figured out the traction control was on.I now have bad NVH and a traction control light that illuminates for no apparent reason.I was wondering if I may have damaged something any thoughts ?

second gen, right? I can only suggest checking the brakes, I can't think of anything else that might be affected, probably not any of the ABS sensor or ABS controller. Do you have the NVH if you disable the traction control? I built a controller to auto disable traction control because once I did the JMod traction control was triggered 95% of the time I take off, and 50% of the time 1-2 shift.
