I absolutely loved this movie - the best I've seen in a long time!

It takes place in a near future London, where a bunch of people have been killed off by a virus and the government is totally autocratic - everything the government does is "for your protection". You have to really pay close attention in a few places for it all to make sense, but it's well worth it.

Highly recommended!

Just saw it myself and it is awesome.

Sounded to me like the guy behind the mask is Agent Smith from The Matrix.

I was half expecting him to say, "Mr. Anderson..."
