2007 Annual MI M8 Meet dates and info

Thanks Jeremi, for having us at your place. That driveway looks great, full of Mark VIII's.:)

Driller and Cecil, I'm planning on bringing both of my Marks. Bring both of yours and we can have a Club 16 meet too.

Including Jeremi's, that's 4 pairs of Mark VIII's.:big-grin:

We can look into that, although I think we only had 4 people (2 rooms I imagine ;)) staying at the local hotel last year. But if it's needed, we can definitely get that set-up.

We can make it. I am up for tenting it. If we do a BBQ I can bring some great chili and possibly smoked duck & sausage gumbo. It stinks up the house something fierce so you know it is good!

We don't need any hacks ... forget it then. I'll just do a roll call when we get closer.

Of course there will be BBQ. You can be in charge of it if you like ;)

I'll have some sausages as well, probably ribs and other stuff. Lots of hungry people !

I might have to pave the backyard to fit all these cars ;)
 
Well I think I may try to make this one. If you all will have me and the Crown Vic I would be honored. I will probably have to bring the tent to crash in so that I can save some money. I am saving for mods so that will help.

The gang was kind enough to welcome Brad with his truck last year, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about there!! It would sure be great to see you!
 
Id like to join in if I can afford to swing up there. Looks like a lot of good times and sweet rides. Of course, I dont drive a Mark, but I love them. I can take some pretty good pics too as well as videos.

Im thinking I would love to see what you did to the 96 LSC but then I would see the CE and that would end up getting all my attention LOL.
 
Just got it confirmed today for the weekend of the 11th of August off from work. I will be there for sure. Can't wait to hang with my LOD crew!
 
That's right Joe, this is in the Detroit area.

Ahh yes, Detroit... Dave remembers the last time I was there... I was lucky they let me back into the country after cutting though Canada... :)

Well, Hubby and Mark want to know if we can get people to help install my gears and driveshaft if we bring them up? Everyone says they can do it themselves, but considering how many problems the two of them run into every time they try to do something here, they really don't want to do it alone.
 
I'll help. Are the gears already installed in a center section? It's been so long i forget.
 
Yep, the center section is ready for install. I know, I think it's been close to 2 years? Thanks JP and let me know what else we need to bring with us. Hopefully hubby will chime in here or check this out.
 
I have the air tools and some experience with the swap ;)

It would be better if we did it Friday afternoon/evening, so that we can be busy entertaining on Saturday. Sounds good ?
