OK, Here is my list of items that I will bring to the MI meet, if anyone is interested. First come, first served. But... this applies after Jeremi makes up his mind if he wants anything first :)

If there is no interest in this stuff, I would rather just leave it at home, because I will need room in the Mark for some stuff I am bringing home from the meet :) Just PM me, or email if you see anything of interest.

I just got my Crown Vic back from the body shop as the front bumper was being repainted free of charge due to a paint defect and bonding issue. I just put on the Police Interceptor emblem in place of the Crown Victoria LX. I just need to finish waxing the exterior, clean interior, and detail engine compartment and I am ready for the meet. Can't wait I am so looking forward to this.

Mike, what are you asking for the 4 o-stars ?
Deck + CD ?

Looks like everything is coming together nicely with the meet.

Has anyone heard from Rene ? I haven't seen her posting in a while, I hope they are doing ok and plan on attending ?

Just booked the room at the Comfort Inn for the meet. :)

Jeremi, I really have no idea what to sell this stuff for. I know I paid $500 (with s/h) for the four rims and over $400 for the tires 2 years ago. The tires are still in great condition.

The head unit and cd player came with the car, and worked great too.

lol, I am terrible at selling stuff, and usually give the stuff away to someone that needs it more than me. I just gave away my 4 Conti rims to Jack (aka: irishpitbull on the boards) as he was new to metro Atlanta area, and was just recently discharged from the Army. He had Lincoln LS rims on his Mark with a hub spacer, and the car shook bad. Not sure what he did with the rims, but I hope they helped him fixed the car either way. :)

Let me know what you think is a fair price, and that is good enough for me. The rims and tires will not be available until the new stuff is installed though. Last I heard is sometime in August. I will check with Aric tomorrow.

Hi All, The Mark is rolling out tomorrow morning, and headed for Cedar Point to have some fun with the family for a few days before the MI meet. :) Should arrive in Michigan next Wednesday. Looking forward to seeing everyone at Jeremi's Friday and Saturday. :)

Safe travels everyone! :)

Have a good time at Cedar Point. Be sure to get a ride on Maverick. Also on your way there don't forget Geauga Lake, there are usually no lines and it is a wonderful park as well. Drive safely and God speed. See you next weekend.

Thanks, Bill :) I will try, but this old dude is only good for at most a couple rides a day, anymore. I took the kids to Six Flags over GA last Thursday, and I was happy just going one time on one single ride for the whole day - Goliath :)

There is a section on this ride that pulls some serious G's, and makes me black out for a second so I can't see every single time I ride it. Especially when riding in the last car. See you next week!

Mike, check your email some time this week for directions and whatnot unless you remember it from last year.

Sharon, are you guys still coming early on Friday ? Is Mark coming with you ?

JP, you guys should make it earlier too ... I was planning on going out to a late diner on Friday.

Also, can somebody bring LOD banners of some kind ?

Sounds cool I have been meaning to get down you way and try some of those coasters at SFOG. I also hear that you have a very interresting dark ride of sorts. Monster Plantation if I remember correctly. We will certainly have to talk over next Fri and Sat. If you are not into all the rides remember that Cedar Point has some wonderful shows with local talent performing. Here is a little slideshow I put together about Cedar Point some time ago. Enjoy your trip up North. See you soon.

Jeremi, yeah, we're planning on leaving here early Fri. Let me know where to go and what time you want us to be there.

I don't know what Mark's plans are but we don't usually do the ride together thing anyway, and I don't know that he's ever seen 6AM. ;)

I'd like too, but work and other plans are already in place that will preclude me leaving until mid-afternoon at the earliest. As a matter of fact, I'll be picking up Mrs. Driller along the way. That means it will likely be quite late before we get in.

I have a couple LOD banners and even other LOD merchandise I can bring along if you would like me too. I'll be bringing a cooler or two of drinks/snacks, chairs and the EZ up canopy as well. PM or email me if there's anything else you'd like me to bring, like any particular food or beverages.

I need to change the oil in the '96 and get both cars somewhat cleaned up sometime this week before the trip. I should also dismount the drag radials and remount the street tires on the '93(I'll mount the drag radials on the rims I pick up from you guys when I get back).

I'm not gonna bother scrubbing the rubber off the rear bumper of the Blue Flame though. There will be another layer on there after tomorrow anyways. It usually wears it like a badge of honor.

Yeah, Jeremi, let me know what else you want us to bring. I don't know how much room the gear stuff and driveshaft will take up, but since it's only Mike and I we should have extra room in the car for additional stuff.

JP, the only thing we'll do is ADD rubber to that bumper. So don't worry about that too much.

Banners would be cool, as all my neighbours are expecting a great party. So let's make it the best we can ! LOD in style !

Sharon, was Mike able to remove the half shafts from the pumpkin ?

My wife is doing some cooking for the Saturday party. We'll have some stuff for the grill, and few already made dishes. Of course Mike was to be in charge of the BBQ, so it will be up to him whether the food will be burned or not ;)

I still need to pick up some beverages and other supplies. Since I can't satisfy everyone, feel free to bring your drinks of choice. I have a good size refrigerator in the garage for all the drinks and food, but extra coolers will come in handy.

I will have 4 EZ canopies, but with the Michigan weather changing all the time, the more cover the better. As mentioned in the PM, I have a limited number of chairs, so if you can, please bring something a portable lawn chair.

The back yard is ready for anybody who decides to camp.

I didn't check on the half-shafts yet and he's out golfing today. I know he talked to Pony a week or so ago, probably about that.

I'll tell him to check in here and post up what's going on. He said he's taking Thurs. off work too so I assume it's to make sure we have everything ready for the gear install and he talked about cooking something to bring with us.
