1953 Ford F-100 Need Advise...

That's a great looking truck, J. My dad used to have one just like it on his farm in Iowa. A tree fell down in a storm and crushed the cab. Supposedly, I have a great uncle who later picked it up, and did a "better than stock" restoration on it. I'm told it is beautiful. I have yet to see photos, however. That's a heck of a find. you should post a video once you get it running. :)

That sucks...we had a tree fall on our truck once...sold it to some mexicans. :)

I'll have to get a video when/if I get it running. Good idea!

I know...I wanted to keep the quotes but its time for some new ones, plus it kept moving the "buttons" farther down on my screen, haha.
 
That truck is so cool! You could just lower it a bit and add some nice rims ... leave the paint as-is. I like the survivor idea :D
