The red whore is getting tuned as well as my brothers 96 supercharged Mark VIII. Looking for 310rwhp off the bottle 460hp+ on the juice with the red car and 555+rwhp out of Johns car no nitrous.

Will post the results Thursday afternoon/Friday morning.

Wish us luck.

Red whore is running again? Man that car muts have had 1 1/2 years of downtime?! Post some pics!! Can't wait to see.

I have 1000 pictures somewhere. The red whore has been running with an old engine for the last year or so. It has never been down for the count. It will get a custom intake before too long. There is a cobra with 2" removed on the car now. This will hurt power from 6500rpm and above. The cams are healthy enough to pull to 7500-7700rpm's. If I break 305-310 right now i will be happy. I will claw another 20-30HP out of the car in the next year.

Viper is comming back togeather as well. Looking for 1200+rwhp on pump gas...

It will be nice to have all the cars up and running.

Because it is cheaper and works. The 5115 is basically a universal kit. The 4.6 kit has that expensive wot switch that works off of 0-5V feed from the throttle body. I run a manual WOT switch.

White car:

We had a lot of breakup due to the MSD not working, so we only made 444rwhp @ 8.8psi @ a low 6200rpms. The car was pulling REALLY strong after 5500rpm's. It looks like we would have made 515-530 @ 10psi @ 7000rpm's.
We pegged the 42lbs injectors at 420rwhp so we are now running 52psi base fuel pressure.

I Think there is a 9 second run in the car with a 100 shot out of the hole if we can get a 1.4 60ft time. This will only happen if we go to Norwalk or Bowling green and if the Raxle halfshafts cooperate. Overall the car feels very strong on the street.

Red Whore:
Things weren't looking good as I pegged the 24lb injectors on the second pull @ 5600rpm's ~285rwhp. The rest of the pull went lean.

Finally with 50psi base pressure we could get the a/f ratio correct until 6500.

Best pull was 308hp/265tq. The intake leveled off at 6300rpm's, a little sooner than I thought. This intake is only 2" shorter on the runners. I think I will pull another 25rwhp with the next intake and bigger fuel injectors I put on the car. Getting 330-335 will not be a problem on pump gas.

We worked on drivability sorted and did only pulls adding fuel, and timing in some spots. We did not spend anytime at all on this car, except for the idling. It seems to be tough to get these cars with 235+ degrees of duration to idle correctly.
I also have a lot of oil blowby, possibly a piston ring on the drivers side. I will get this sorted out, install the new intake etc when I get time this year and should make 330-350 through a 4R70W and stock bottom end which will be fantastic!

We will have at least John's car at test and tune this Saturday if the weather cooperates. I do not know if I will bring the red whore out or not.

Showoff! :p

j/k... great numbers. Too bad my schedule was too full this week, I would've stopped by.

The white car is barely drivable with the 4.10's and the convertor that is in it. Even with the 295/50/16's in the back it breaks the tires loose in 1st gear with 1/4 throttle. The convertor is stalling to 3700-3800 or so with all the new found power... It will be a monster at a decent track and slicks installed.

red car - stock shortblock ported heads and cams, cobra intake with 2" shortened runners IMRC delete.

white car - built shortblock with 9.7:1 compression, ported heads stock valves, cobra intake 6" shorter IMRC deletes Vortech S trim 3.12 pully, big intercooler. Bigger fuel system.

It looks like we are going to put a 2.95 pully and 72lb injectors and turn the white car up a bit more. Looking for just under 600rwhp if we don't spray it. Also sticking 3.27's gears in the car.
