Getting Ready

So take it back and have them do it RIGHT!!!

They probably only have air tools and no hand torque wrench. They should be 90 ft-lb and the air wrench is probably 350 ft-lb, and that is a good way to warp the rotors.

115-142 Nm (85-105lb/ft) but who's counting???? LOL (At least that's what's on MY CD from Ford)

yea, that is the range so I just put them to 90, and it should be in star pattern, and I first snug them then go back and toque them. Most shops will just go around in a circle with an air impact wrench full blast. :frown:

Yeah, it's slightly irritating, but at least they're all facing the same direction. That's gotta be good for something, right? lol

I'm trying to get going around 10am. I'm leaving my house hopefully around 9:30 or 9:45, got a few things to do, so I should finally be hitting the road around 10 or 10:15. I'm taking 95 up to Fredericksburg, then jumping on 17 up 66, then getting on 81 at Strasburg.

Always. =)
I managed to get my car washed and waxed today right before the rain started. Woo-hoo! Then the rain stopped and my car looks like crap, but I did manage to get the interior cleaner than it's been in the 1.5, almost 2 years that I've had the car!

Ok, 144 bottles of beer... check
