On the side, I'd like a clue on how to remove the fuel rail too.
Remove the 8 Bolts holding it on (4 intake and 4 fuel rail) and use a small flat head to GENTLY pry out the fuel injectors from the intake. Its a lot easier to keep the injectors IN the fuel rail, rather then in the intake. It makes the install process a ton easier. They should come out of the intake with ease. I usually just stick a flat head screw driver inbetween the intake and the bottom of the injector and just twist slightly while lifting up. Start from one end and work your way to the other, i.e. front to back or back to front.
Also, you'll need the disconnect tool to remove the fuel lines from the fuel rail.
