Ok...this may be a stretch. I need HELP with my PS3....

I imagine my current router is obsolete (Terayan?) so its not supported by the new update. :(

You may need to call your ISP tech and have them check the router - they can do it over the phone. We've had network issues at work that required intervention from the ISP to the router.

Of course you may get a newbie reading scripts that may not be much help. lol

Ya....I've had none stop "lag" problems with this Direct TV dish/internet. :( I'll give them a call Monday if its still not fixed.....probably going to cancel.

Soo...just an update (not that anyone cares), I called the internet provider and apparently my computer and PS3 got two separate "leases" (IT term) and the one the PS3 was using was an old carrier. I had to turn off all my cable modems/router and the tech deleted my "leases". I turned everything back on and it obtained new "leases" with new improved carriers. The cool thing is they were able to see my down time and all the issues over the phone, and also fix everything without sending out a tech. Been working great since!

So....I blamed the PS3 update and it ended up being an issue on my ISP's side. Stupid jerks. :mad-tilt: Sorry PS3, lol. :love-it:

So all you needed to do is turn everything off and then back on !!! ahhaah just like the South Park episode where the internet ran out !! Hillarious!

No man...I tried that and it didn't work. It could only be fixed by manually deleting the leases on the ISP's end. :)
